Specially developed for strongly curved surfaces

For vehicles with strongly curved windshields – such as trucks, buses, campers, and agricultural machines – a standard round suction cup is often insufficient. This double wire guide is specially developed to optimally guide the cutting wire even on strongly curved surfaces.

The set consists of two pulleys and two elongated suction cups (150 × 75mm), each with its own vacuum pump. Thanks to the elongated shape, the suction cups can follow the curvature of the glass without vacuum loss, keeping the wire guidance constant and minimizing the risk of wire breakage.

Usage

Place the double pulleys with the two suction cups on the glass you are working on. Press the pumps several times until the red line on the pumps is no longer visible. Always test beforehand whether the correct suction force has been achieved before starting.

Keep in mind that the rubber suction cups need to warm up first at lower temperatures to function properly.
